I have lived on a multiple occupancy which I love for 30 years and acted for a number of residential co-operatives in the area over the past 20 years representing them in matters that have been decided by the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal; in relation to the sale of shares; negotiating disputes; and drafting workable agreements.
Trying to anticipate what might occur and providing ways of avoiding problems in the future in a cost effective, readily enforceable way so that everyone involved understands both their rights and their responsibilities is the best way of ensuring harmonious living arrangements.
